1. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number after your order is shipped.
Note: During peak periods (such as Singles' Day, Black Friday, or promotional seasons), processing times may be slightly delayed. Please allow a few days for delivery.
2. Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Time
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
(We have warehouses in both the US and China; delivery times are nearly identical regardless of which warehouse you ship from.) We primarily use JCEX International Logistics.

3. International Shipping
